PLANT BASED GOODNESS | We prepare fresh, seasonal, daily salads that are full of colour, nutrients and flavour. Each salad is crafted with both nutrition and taste in mind. We have something for everyone. Each day in store is different, and we rotate these salad combos to have 2-4 flavours at any one time in store! We can however make any of these salads for a catering event.

Moroccan Bowl
Cauliflower ‘rice’, grated carrot, parsley, chopped hazelnut, turmeric, caraway, cumin, coriander seed, lemon, tahini, salt and pepper.

Mexican Bowl
Cauliflower and broccoli ‘rice’, capsicum, corn, coriander, sultana, lemon & apple cider vinegar topped with a creamy coconut avocado mousse

Pad Thai
Spiralised carrot zucchini and mung bean sprout, mint, coriander, ginger and peanut with a creamy miso, tamari, lemon, coconut milk, coconut nectar dressing

Earth Bowl
Marinated beetroot, carrot, kale, walnut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, fennel seed, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sultana

Italian Zoodles
Spiralised zucchini, oregano, rosemary, dehydrated tomato, olive oil, salt and pepper with our smokey paprika walnut ‘meatballs’

Green Zoodles
Spiralised zucchini, pea, edamame bean, rocket, basil almond pesto, pumpkin seeds, lemon
