The salads change daily and we use produce that is most fresh and in season. The following times are a guideline.
7am: Black Magic | Activated charcoal, lemon, filtered water
8am: Bircher Muesli | Wheat free oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed, chia seed, sultana, coconut milk, grated apple, raspberry chia jelly
12pm: Small salad of the day
3pm: Chia Pudding of the day
4pm: Rise | Lemon, ginger, turmeric, honey, filtered water, apple cider vinegar
7pm: Large salad of the day
