We aim to have your order shipped within 2-3 working days from the order date. If for some reason your order could take a little longer, we will be in touch.
Occasionally we do run out of stock in particular items. This may mean that your order could occasionally be a little longer in delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
You must provide proof of purchase with a receipt (when purchased in-store) or through email PayPal receipt (when purchased online).
The Raw Kitchen will not accept returns on gift vouchers or fresh food items: Slices, Raw balls, cakes.
Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.
If these requirements are not satisfied, The Raw Kitchen reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.
