How much notice is required to order?
As all our products are made to order and take quite a bit of time, we require at least 48 hours notice for all orders. You can also place an advance order by adding the date you would like delivery/pick-up when you place your order.

If you have a raw treat emergency, please call by our City Works Depot store as we often carry several full cakes that you can takeaway!

Do I have to pick up from your store, or can you deliver?
You are more than welcome to pick up from our store seven days a week, or we can deliver to most Auckland suburbs for an additional fee. Simply select which option you would prefer when placing your order.

I’m catering a dinner party, can you help me choose a selection of treats?
Absolutely! Please email hello@therawkitchen.co.nz and we’d love to assist you!

I have allergies to certain ingredients, can I eat your products?
All our food is vegan, refined-sugar-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and nothing is heated above 46 degrees celsius. We use dates for sweetness in most of our products.

All our products are refined sugar-free which means we do not use white or brown sugar to sweeten out treats. Instead, we opt for refined sugar-free sweeteners, such as brown rice syrup, coconut nectar, coconut sugar, dates or a sugar replacement (for keto or low carb options).

If you have a specific dietary question please email hello@therawkitchen.co.nz and we’ll let you know what you are able to eat.

Please note that while most of our products don’t contain peanuts, the products are made in the same kitchen that we use peanuts.

What does the Keto option mean?
All our keto food is generally anything that has under 5g of net carbs per serving (slice, cake slice, a salad, etc).
Low carb is anything that has 5-10g of carbs per serving. These products have a slightly higher carb content compared to our keto range and might not be suitable for anyone following a strict ketogenic diet.
For all our keto and low carb sweets, we use a sugar replacement made with powdered erythritol and stevia to minimize the aftertaste.

Erythritol sweetener is suitable for Diabetics & Low Carb Dieters.

Will my cake or slice be delivered already cut?
We supply all our cakes and slices whole so you can cut into as many (or few!) pieces as you’d like.

We recommend cutting your cake or slice while at fridge temperature.

How many people will my cake serve?
We cut our cakes into 14 pieces at our store, however you can cut into anywhere between 12-16 pieces!

For our slices, we recommend slicing into 20, or into 40 for snack size!
