Raw cake refers to a cake made within the cuisine genre of raw food. It doesn’t involve using the standard ingredients. Rather, raw cakes are packed with superfood are made from natural and responsibly sourced ingredients. They’re not your traditional kind of cake and not baked. They come frozen and will take up to 1 hour in Summer and 2 hours in Winter to defrost so please plan time for this. They last up to 7 days in the fridge (below 5°).
The Raw Kitchen products are dairy-free, gluten-free, refine sugar-free and plant-based.
We use tree nuts in the majority of our products and peanuts in some.
